Can't use top PCI-E slot on P5N-D

For some reason, I can't use the top PCI-E slot on my P5N-D. The bottom one works just fine, but the top one will give me an error that there is no graphics card there.

Have you tried clearing cmos, not just pressing clear cmos but pulling battery out and waiting a minuter. If that doesn't help, well, busted mobo if gfx is not cause.
