1.2ghz@1.4ghz hot or not

i have an t'bird 1.2 i've got it up to 1.4 (10.5 *133 fsb) with Thermalright SK6 the temp is 41c idle and about 44c under load is this ok or is it getting too hot ?
another question :- my fsb will not go abouve 134mhz cas2 i've tried everytihng i think ? can anyone help ?

Your temp is slightly high but not bad. As to the other questions, it would be impossible to give any answers without knowing what is in yer box(mobo, ram etc.) :)

my mobo is an abit kt7a and 256mb crucial supposed to go up to 150mhz

Have you tried upping the 3.3V rail? Mine is at 3.64.

i OCed my 1ghz to 1.4 and my temps are 45 idle and 52 full load, and i haven't had any problems yet. oh and im using the thermalright sk-6 as well.
