I know that every chip is different, but is a 730 mhz 1825 mhz shader, 1000 mhz RAM. I'm pretty sure it can go higher, but I'm satisfied. Is this any good, It's stable with the fur benchmark in stability mode. I am using an Accelero S1.
It's only hitting 37 degrees, but why are there 2 different GPU temps in GPU-z if I only have 1 card

Mine can hit 750/1850/950. That should give you a ball park on what you should expect.

What does speedfan have to do with anything, Does anyone know how to run that program in DOS

If you are wanting to up your gpu voltage you have to use that nhibitor (IIRC) to edit a bios that you can pull from your card with gpuz and save to file.. edit it (only succesfully increase that i ever read with bios is 1.1) which some manufacturers will send that way anyway.. so once you save your bios to file and open it with Nhibitior check to see if that's already set..

Once you have edited the bois and saved it you have to use nvflash to flash your cards bios.. there's a pretty clear sticky i thought on this process (older but still applies) on flashing your card.

yeh.. max you can get with bios edit is 1.1 up from 1.05 on gpu.. and there's two readings on your card because they usually have a mysterious "pcb" sensor somewhere..

Alright, I got the bios (Thanks for recommending GPUz) and Nibitor is working, now under the voltage tab, there are 4 options
Extra .95 - 1.1
3D .95-1.1
Thrtl .95-1.1
2D .95-1.1

Do I want to set them all to 1.1?

Do I use the VID Mode

ERROR: No NVIDIA display adapters found

How do I fix this,

you only need to set "extra" 1.1 that takes care across the board

and as far as the "error" i'm not positive.. were you using any "flags" with the command.. i didnt need to use any for mine.. i think some of the instructions around included some flags but those apply to "uncommon" and "older" situations.

and did you do this from "in windows" dos or from a boot disk situation cause it has to be done in "TRUE" tos mode.

and make a backup of your original bios just in case things go south

Mine is in my sig and is on stock cooler with a few pieces cut off it for airflow and my BFG came with 1.1v stock from the factory.

How high should my 8800GT overclock
killed mem on 1rst gt. 120cfm fan close by cards.
7800 was last card Nhibitior and a soft volt mod worked on.

Mine was an early batch and it could bench at on a cool day at 783/1998/1020. With the bios mod.

mine does 740/1728/1000 with the 1.15v mod, I think I got a bad one because it overclocks so poorly
