This has been the worst experience ive ever had with any company.I shipped my mobo last week but usps took its good ole time getting itt here .Well it finnally got there today but the warehouse was closed. Also friday was the last day of 14 for the return. Now do i have to call usps to have them redeliver it and if they do will evga except it?Im so totally ****ed at USPS and my self for not shipping it sooner.USPS should automatically attemp to redeliver it since the place was closed today when they attemped delivery .their fault not mine.I would think. But evga rep told me to call them. And he doesnt know if they will except my step up once its recieve. All i know is if they send me my old board back they better send me a refund that day or im gonna raise hell to Joe Darwain

In the end the card is coming, but evga broke every promise all the way they made, and I gave them every opportunity to merely give it to me straight, WHEN I could contact them.
The last promise was we will upgrade shipping to 2nd day air or next day to get the card there by this friday.
Well they sent it 3 day select late enought to push the delivery to the 28th monday.
Used to be if you wanted to get something by a certain date, and were willing to pay for it.. you could get it.
I guess I am a bad customer for expecting evga to honor their word.

This was the reply I got today
Hi John,
Your refund was processed yesterday and you will be seeing this show on your credit card statement as early as today. Please let me know if I can be of any additional assistance.
Thank You,

I replied with this:
Thanks for the follow up e-mail...But...
What the heck is going on over there? Why the run around?? No hold music, making you think you got disconnected, so you try again and again. eVGA made alot of faithful buyers cringe when they hear eVGA's name now.. Including myself. Should have not been like this... Customer care was terrible over the phone. I felt like I did not matter. Put on hold, over and over, without warning, and no one giving me a straight answer... "Its being processed" answer. and never once asked me for my account information, to do a check. It seemed they were told what to say... You have a very good deal going with the 90 day step-up program. Gives an incentive to buy from eVGA and only from eVGA, and to upgrade to a better card in the 3 month window. Which is why I buy eVGA. Lately I've been buying top notch cards. The last three purchases have been. 5900 Ultra, 6800GT, 7900 GTX, 9800GTX, and now the GTX 280... My new GTX 280 is plain awesome. Just askes for more and more... Again thanks for the follow up e-mail, but please can you you guys work on the customer satisfaction? Even though you said it was "processed", is it? Or is this just another line to keep me happy...??
John
EDIT: Still no refund.. as of 12PM Friday..

Man, I hope you guys get your issue resolved. I had to RMA a card 3 times and they got quicker each time, the last one going out before they even got mine.
Really sad to see them drop the ball then *run it over* with a semi :(
