As the way that I read that link he is asking the same question that you are, so I wouldn't say that they all fit. "And any adaptors or mods that were needed to make them fit. Does anyone have any first hand knowledge with any of these yet?"

I checked other threads. The mounting holes for the water blocks have not been changed from the x series to the HD series. Thus it should work. A few other threads also confirmed it working. I will confirm it myself on Tuesday when newegg gets mine in and post an update.

lol, your 4850 will be bottlenecked as hell with a 3000+, i hope you know that :(

I am well aware. My wallets bottlenecked a little bit more for the time being if you know what I'm saying. I expect a pretty sizable increase in gaming performance but not nearly as much as when I upgrade cpu/mb/ram in about a month. One step at a time for now.

I actually have a MAZE4 that is going on my 4850...I still have my 6800GT mounting kit that appears to fit these. However, I'm only able to use 2 bolts since I'm missing one of the bolts :(
