Thanks. I tried prism, but it doesn't solve my problems: poor visual quality and no sound. I still can't get any audio out of these ridiculous .MOD files. Curse my sister for buying a damned JVC camcorder.

I think you can do also in Nero Vision , havent used for a while, but have made some movies with it.
