Is the swiftech h20-220 enough for a Q9450 + 8800 gts?

or should I built a custom WC?

enough for stock speeds probably but any serious overclocking would be a bit much.

If you dont OC or stick with a small OC then you should have no issues. I have the 120 and stealth and I have idle temps of 26C and 53C on my CPU and GPU respectively (no OC, antec fan on med).

After 4 hours of TF2 last night my temps were 32C and 60C.

pood, the 220 is perfectly fine for that system. YOu'll get a good OC too. Probably as good as you would on the best air solution for both the cpu/gpu. The MCR220 is a very good rad. Your fans are going to be the difference makers.

HOWEVER, i suggest you build your own system. It's a great learning experience, will cost less, and perform better :D
