Could anyone recommend a good m-atx mobo that will allow me to overclock the fsb and multplier from within the bios? SLI would be nice but it isn't a requirement.

I liked the Abit AN-M2HD.
I don't have it now because of a failed bios flash.
I was able to adjust all kinds of settings incl. ram timings.
OC'D My AMD 5600+ to 3.2ghz
It's really an excellent board.

I'll get another someday.

He might want a socket 775 board though since that's where he posted. I've used a few Asus P5E-VM boards

There's also a few Gigabyte G33 Boards that OC well, one even came with SLI capability I believe.
