can i use pc2400 or 3000 DDR RAM n a PC 2100 board?
what is the CAS2 and stuff andhow do i enable it or can i?
also what is some quality ram for overclocking that is reetivly inexpensive and a place to buy it?

The first place you should look is in the beginner guides linked on the "front side page."

Also, for questions for instance related to memory, you can find a lot of info at the websites of the manufacturers.

You benefit from getting it there, because:

for one thing you know it's right on if you get it there, as opposed to the well-intentioned posts of people who may or may not be right on the money-

second, because there you'll get a more comprehensive answer than you're likely to get in a post off the top of someone's head, even if they do understand it.
