the new drivers work worse on my computer. I did install them right, and my scores went down. Not to mention that counter strike looks liek sh#t, runs at liek 40 fps sometimes, where as before it was up at 100 fps........so now new drivers for me

Have you tried using the most aggressive RAM timings your motherboard have available? If at all possible, set all of them to 2T except one - you can change that from 6T to 5T. Set your CAS latency from 2.5 to 2 if you haven't already, and enable the 1T command. Make sure your memory is of high enough quality for all of this, though.

I just noticed...you're using 76 drivers!

For heaven's sake, uninstall them, and get ahold of the leaked beta drivers, if you can....very much worthwhile. Unless something is horribly wrong with your system, the new drivers work much, much better than the old ons.

BLAH......
Just buy a Geforce 3 Ti500. load up the 23.11 drivers and bam problem solved over 8000, with no overclock. and default ram timing.
