Keyboard locks

Hi there....
I'm new to the thread Glad to be with here...
i have a intel MB desktop d850gb 423 socket 1.5 gig im working on and i turn it on and its takes me to the part that " i have not shut off the system correctly and it gives me the 27 seconds to make my decision when i hit enter my keyboard locks .....i changed mb and i have the same problem ..i changed to usb same thing happenes .....What Gives thanks.....

Have you reset the bios clear cmos , tried another keyboard

Yes i have .....i tryed a USB one it works until i press or the 27 seconds pass up , i have reset the Bios and also reset the CMOS i just bought a new battery to see if that works ...I use this keyboard on my other desktop and i just works fine no proplems that why im stumped...

Have you also enabled usb keyboard support in the bios also
