These are all for the PC, but if you have a PC made within the last 10 years you should be fine:
Fallout
Fallout 2
Planescape: Torment
Arcanum
Xbox/Xbox360
Morrowind
Oblivion (not as good as morrowind, but still decent)
Niku-Sama

wow thats werid, i looked at all my PS2 games and i see that i have Xenosaga 3 for some reason. i have somany PS2 games i havent played.
i managed to pull these PS2 games that you didnt mension:
Nighmare of Druaga (havent played)
.hack series (i hear theres new ones now)
Ring of Red (kind RPG/Stragety game-ish)
Dragon Quest
ring of red you'll have to find used as they stopped printing it a long time ago, it may be a difficult one to find as it was a very early PS2 release and none of the early games were in production for very long except the big franchises.
and if you have played legend of mana you should, if you still have a SNES, play Secret of Mana

I thought Mass Effect was great, should keep you occupied for a week or so...Final Fantasy IV just came out in 3D for the DS, it's getting good reviews.

Definitely Mass Effect.
And I don't see any TES games on that list?
Definitely Mass Effect.

I totally forgot I played oblivion for the PC.
sounds like ill be playing Mass Effect first....
Tales of Vesperia is coming out soon and while I don't usually like jrpgs the real time combat system interests me and the graphics look really good.
If you have a Dreamcast... Skies of Arcadia was always one of my favs...
Played any of the Suikoden games?

i would go for FFXII and i would forget about Dirge Of Cerberus FFVII that was the biggest waste of 60 i ever spent. the only and i mean ONLY good thing that game has is a wicked opening and graphics for it. everything else sucked major on that game.
i have 80 or 90 hours logged on XII but then again i left the game un paused by mistake once for at lease 6 hours. also i did alot of leveling up. and i am trying to do every hunt there is in the game. i can't wait for yiazmat... 50 000 000 HP is all i have to say to that....

Looking at what you have played already, and guessing at your tastes..
Eternal Sonata is good
Blue dragon is really slow the first disk or so.. but then picks up and has on ok finish
I was not impressed with XII
Dirge is worth a play through.. a little side story but yes the gameplay is pretty bad
I see legend of mana... did you play secret of mana? If not go do so NOW! Then there is #3 in the series,, you can find english versions but its not as good. Seken dentsu 3? sp?
ToT is probably one of the best ones you have listed that you haven't played. Slow at times but overall I thought it was pretty good. Combat could have been better though.
The dragoon game? It was ok - Playstation
Skip Xenosaga. Its not the followup we had hoped for. Ok story... BORING games though. Watch the cutscenes online if you can though.
Rogue Galaxy is worth playing...
I am playing Crisis Core right now. Not amazing gameplay.. but still fun. I'm a big enough Squaresoft nut that I enjoy the story alone.

just forgot to post it, already played secret of mana.
The dragoon game? It was ok - Playstation
You mean Legend of Dragoon? honestly i think that was one of my most favorite games. (maybe just cause it was like the second RPG i ever played...)

Yeah, i liked the story, but gameplay could have been more original.

Hafta look into it :)
If you have a Dreamcast... Skies of Arcadia was always one of my favs...

I think my line so far is:

Another good PC RPG is World of Warcraft.
It has deep storyline, and vast areas to explore.

Do I sense sarcasm?
I think he's searching for actual rpgs my friend.
Me personally... I hated Mass Effect... I'm pry like the only one.
I'd say try KOTOR 1 and 2. :D
Other than that, I'm not much of RPG guy.

I just picked up Fallout 1, 2, & Tactics! I started the first one, it's pretty awesome and I'd highly recommend playing through before #3 comes out!
Dragon Quest VIII, fantastic PS2 game. The only Dragon Quest game I've played, waiting on the DS remake of V, also available on PSone.
Dark Cloud 2, which I heard is much better than the first. Couldn't get into the first one.
Jade Cocoon 1 and 2, apparently good enough to get a sequel.
Ogre Battle/Tactics Orge. Ogre Battle on the N64, remake of the SNES version. Tactics Orge for the PS (like FFT) AND the Knight of Lodis sidestory for the GBA.
Lunar series.
Brave Fencer Musashi
Okami, adventure RPG in the style of Zelda and suppose to be pretty epic.
Saturn:
Dragon Force
Shining Wisdom
Shining the Holy Ark
Albert Odyssey, remake of SNES game.
PC:
Neverwinters Night 1 and 2, I think it's a heavily community based game though. Very similar to KoTOR, since both are based on D&D roll mechanics.
All RPG stands for is Role Playing Game. World of Warcraft does meet that criteria, and is actually quite deep if you follow the quest storylines.

K then... I would say the OP is looking for a JRPG... I am assuming this because I actually read his list of played games.
And why are people suggesting stuff they haven't played? Just to show that you can list an rpg that hasn't been named yet?
I put some heavy time into Lost Odyssey this weekend. I know you have finished it, I think I am near now. It is interesting. I find the characters to be amazing, their development and background are for sure one of the best ever done. The overall story or current crises affecting the world doesn't do anything for me. Awesome characters, great story, eh-ok plot. Hmm thinking about it even the plot is ok, the villian just sucks. I can't take him serious enough. As well as the other characters are developed theres just nothing sinister about him. Kind of like they did with Blue Dragon. I am hoping it wraps up well.
I am very excited to see where this studio goes next, in just a couple of games they have shown amazing ability.

I'm a huge FF fan and if you've played FF7, you will love Crisis Core on the PSP.
Lord of the Rings Online.

Secret of Mana (SNES)
To be honest, while FF6 (or FF3 in the US) was one of my favourite games (ever), the older I get, the more difficult I find it is to immerse yourself in old SNES games.
