Is it true that geforce 4 is out or coming out really soon, with 128mb of ram??

Yes thats true from what I have read ,there will be many flavors of it ,the ti1000 has 128 mb of ram @700mhz I think.

Ti1000 has 1Ghz memory, not really hard considering that a Ti500 has 500Mhz memory.

No thats not how they do it,if so the ti200 would be a ti 400 ,here is a thread that list all the specs.

I could have sworn that they had 1000Mhz memory and the lower spec cards had 700hz memory 600Mhz and 460Mhz Respectively.

Oh and Ti200x2 (DDR) is 400......

February 5th is the announcement date. Yes, the 4 Ti500 will run memory at 600MHz and the Ti1000 will run at 700MHz! Both will have 128mg! Holy Sh*t!!!
