Mobo Advice

The time has almost come to finish buying all of the parts I need for my new build (less than 2 weeks before I am home). My last part I am unsure about is the mobo. I am a big newb when it comes to mobos as I have almost know experience with selecting them.

Here is what I am looking for in a mobo:
1.) Use of 1066 mHz Ram
2.) LGA 775 Socket for E8600
3.) Number of 16x slots doesn't really matter as I will be using 1 4870x2
4.) Overclockability is key

P5K is P35 based, look at the P5Q's.... P5Q in this case may fit and the price is right too.

However, this board supports 1200 mHz ddr2. Will this pose a problem for my 1066 mHz ram?

no its not a problem, its just what the highest supported ram speed is.
