Best mobo for around £100

Ok so i've got around £100 (can go lower can go higher, but not too much) and i want to upgrade my board, after talking around i was told not to bother with a 680i board but rather to go for the i35 chipset. Now i can get a few good boards for this price but they're all pretty much the same, i was wondering if anyone had any experience with this chipset and could give me an idea of which board to go for. Obviously for around £100 i could go for a different chipset, but again, i'm not too sure which board would be good for me.

I do a lot of 3D Rendering, watching movies/burning dvds and playing games but im not a serious o/cer however given the right mobo and processer setup i might start o/cing...
