I was putting together my new tri-peltier rig last night(specs below) and I though I was as clean as a could be epoxying my waterblocks to my northbridge (pins didn't line up on my 8KHA+) and GF2 but afterwords I noticed a little smudge on a couple of light-green traces about 1/2" away. Being epoxy it doesn't come off easily, should I worry about this before I try to boot it up? or what should I use to dissolve epoxy that won't dissolve the mobo plastic too?

If the epoxy is on the traces which have a protective coating(the green layer) you shouldn't worry, if its between two components or some open spaces (for resistors, capacitors and alike) you should try to get it of, I usually do that by prying it of with a small screwdriver. If that doesn't work you could try to sand it of (use 600 or higher grit sanding paper).
But it depends how much room you have, I would definitely try to get it of. If you decide to use sanding paper make sure you clean the mobo real well cuz the dust might cause problems (very unlikely but still).

it shouldn't be a problem, as killorbe says, the mobos have a protective layer and artic silver is designed to be less conductive

You shouldn't have any problems.
