Q6600 OC settings

Hey,

So I want to OC my Q6600 to something like 3.2-3.4GHz, I know very little about OC and so really just want someone to give me some details to input in the BIOS without having to mess around with anything too advanced.

I have a P5Q Pro mobo and 3rd party CPU cooling (Artic Cooling 7 or something like that)
