I just saw this new MSI 4850 with a better VGA cooler stock. A little more pricey $192.99 but check it out.

That's a way better cooling solution than the ASUS heatsink; mainly due to PWM sinking.
But at that price you might as well get the stock MSI and a $30 heatsink.
