does anyone know if the New Asus P5Q Intel Socket 775 ATX Motherboard will support the core 2 dual 8500 processor without having to overclock?????

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "without having to overclock", but YES the P5Q supports the E8500. If you have no intention of OC'ing, then just run at optimized defaults.
