Hello everyone im a new member and ive been told to come to this site. ive done searches but none explained my problem.

upgraded my bios
code name prescott
intel pentium 2.8Ghz socket 478
Core voltage 1.344v
Core speed 2799.7 Mhz
Mulitplier x14.0
bus speed 200.0 Mhz
Rated fsb 799.9 Mhz
2 DDR 512mb pc3200 sticks 1024 total ram
now when i oc my cpu to 2.8 to 3.24Ghz from what it said, everything is fine but my windows dont boot up it just stays black screen.
what am i doing wrong or what else do i have to oc and make my windows boot up?
