Looking for a good oc setup for a Northwood P4,1.6ghz,DDRam Sugestions???

Well, I hope this is the place to get some recomendations.

As I said on the subject, I want to OC a P4(478 Nothwood) rig, with DDRam on it.

So, what MB are there that have good oc capacity for this cpu?

Also, should I go with SIS645 or i850 chip set?
