Help me choose motherboard! x38,x48

These are the x38, x48 chipset motherboards available to me, however i don't know which ones are good overall (OC ability, gaming, performance, etc...) Which one of these would you choose?

Have you considered P45 boards?
I myself have a rampage formula coming for testing, but can't recommend it yet.

I can...this has been the best board I have ever owned...power phase is straight as can be...its very easy to OC actually...so far I havent found a CPU to even push this board yet...hopefully the 3110 will finally be able to give it a nudge...even my tri-fire setup hasnt phased this board...

Have you also concidered DDR3?...the Rampage Extreme was just released and should be in the US within the week...its the BIG brother of the rampage formula and my next board...
