Does the OCZ G3 Ti600 ring a bell?

This card is AWESOME!, becuase its aircooled and has almost 20% more performance than a basic Ti500 card!

Ok, my friend Jeff came upon one of these cards and decided to laydown the $600.00CAN and give it a shot.

Well, currently the card is running defualt @ 300C / 600M and with overclocking, he managed to get the card up to 310C / 620M, and anything higher and the card would look like a silicon puddle liquidfied.

A 310MHz GeForce3 GPU cuppled with 620MHz Ram!

OK, his only problem is that he's running this card on a P2 350MHz, 64MB Ram and a 10GB Hdisk, pathetic system.

ohwell, all I can say, if your in the market for a ti geforce 3 and want to go all the way, why not go for the ocz ti 600, if you can find one. Good luck and happy O/Cing!

p.s - its got a nifty 1 year oem warrenty or 3 year retail warrenty.

Hehe...I was processor limited with my GF2MX on my P2-350. I had the same framerate in Q3 at 640x480 as I did at 1280x1024. Purely processor limited. Now, he's got a $600 card in a $150 machine. UPGRADE, or let you have the card until he does, because until then, he's not going to get any more benefit than if he had a GF2.

Or, you can have him send it to ME, and I'll gladly test it on a faster machine for you...free of charge, no less! :)

His computer won't even utilize the whole thing.

If you can maybe swap your Ti with his Ti600 and pay the difference. Since he will know no difference from the Ti to the Ti600, but you will notice a big difference :D

What kind of fan is on that chip? Just wondering because that would need massive cooling.

You can buy that card here in Vancouver BC Canada for $445 Canadian, $600 is way way way too much, better buy would have been a retail ATI 8500 that comes stock at 300/600 and sports newer technology.
