Hi,

I just watched a packet get uploaded and one downloaded and it seems to have started with the unit being 16.89% done??? The time to complete says 6.8 hours rather than real low?
It also seems if I cache units and send them in then number sent in is more than the amount processed??? I have only done it once and watched as I sent in 3 and added 5 to my total???
I am running the clc version and am now doing an automatic transfer. Does anyone know what might be going on??

Thanks

Brad

Sounds really strange.....did you used the SETI screensaver first? If so, maybe you didn't unistall it......

Also check in SETIDriver if you are processing just one WU at a time.....SETISpy just track one thread at a time.....If you are crunching two units at the same time, you will only will see one of them in SETISpy. That's why if you have a dual CPU motherboard, is best two have to whole installs of SETISpy, one for each processor.

Even if you try to upload the same WU twice, you will only get credit of the first time you upload it.

The extra two units were probably done when you didn't notice. Since you auto transfer, you were probably away, or asleep if you leave it on 24/7. As for starting at 16.89% start you are probably working on a cached work unit that you started for some time, not the fresh ones you got. Hope that helps. Keep up the good work.
