With the news and rumor of nVidia stopping chipset production http://www.theinquirer.net/gb/inquirer/news/2008/08/02/nvidia-chipsets-dead see here if anyone hasn't read it.

This should be good for AMD/ATi they can create a good chipset for ATi cards and AMD processor's now all they need is a good CPU to take hold of that technology. Phenom didn't do so well at the start but it's selling now I think it's Shanghai that needs to be good when it's finally launched.

It's a shame I couldn't find any 939 boards with ATi chipsets in since at the time of building this rig below it was even hard to find a new 939 board since it was dead. Did ATi release many chipsets for the 939 family?
