has anyone had any bad experiences with newegg.com?? good experiences??

yes i too have also order LARGE quantity of supplies for building mulitple system. For the most part the transactions were smooth. Except sometimes when u have big orders they ship em in seperate shipments. So not all parts may arrive at exactly the same time. Also when u receive the parts make sure it is exactly what you order. As they have shiped me the wrong case and hard drive b4 when i order in large shipments. :D

I've also ordered a from them quite a bit and have had very little problems with them. My latest order came in while I was at work and was short a mouse; called them up this morning and had no hassles at all in getting them to ship me my mouse. This is the first time that I've had any problems at all with any order that I've made with them and would have no hesitation to order from them again in the future.

They're awesome. I've placed 7 orders totalling over $3,700 in parts with them without incident aside from ONE chip which *I* broke. I told them the entire situation and they accepted an RMA, replaced the chip, and sent me a new one free of charge. They even pre-tested the new one, and gave me some guide URL's to look at before trying again (I was brand new at making computers at the time, hence my careless breaking of a CPU years ago :)).

For a case, get an Antec or Chieftec 1030/1040b. They are dark characol, VERY good cases. They're one of the best money can buy, literally.

Newegg is great. I am in the middle of my third order from them. The last two, which were just single parts, went fine. This time I ordered almost everything I needed to build a system. Everything was shipped out quickly and got here fine except they sent me the wrong psu. I called customer service and they sent out the right one to me the same day(this was on Tuesday). Just checked fedex and my package is in town and should be delivered today(Thursday). They didn't even ask me to return the other psu. Their prices are great and they seem to be a top notch vendor.
