I got my new video card 1 week ago and I have a PIII 1000@1200 mhz so my agp bus is on 80 mhz 1200/3, I want to know if it makes any damage to my video card (Gainward G2 ti 250/450) I really appreciate your help... thx

the bus speed alone won't damage the card, it will either work or not, as you reach the threshold of it's ability, you might notice some artifacting or tearing of the screen, but it's not hurting the video card, just decreasing it's aesthetics, when you do the voltage mod and increase the voltage to the card and to the gpu and/or memory, then you're talkin possible if not imminent, damage to the card. have fun.

I agree with "Frozen" totaly.
The only way to damage your vga is the high GPU vcore.
