Good G43/G45 boards are just about to become widely available as well. The DFI T2RS LP-JR looks good too but it also looks expensive.
currently the Asus p5e-vm hdmi is *one* of the best.
there is like a 55 page post on it over @ [H]...
i have one and she take the e8400 to 4GHz w/ 1.35 vcore.
the most i have ever tryed for on it was like 4250MHz or something... it was on 1.4 vcore.
not a bad little board.

the other G43/G45 boards listed are from supermicro. they make solid serverboards, so i dought the MATX boards will have ocing options.
There has always been something about Gigabyte boards that strike me as being really ugly
