Is the PSU enough for 8600GT?

My friend is getting a budget computer and we're looking at this:

I looked at the pics of the PSU and apparently its only 250W. Will that be enough to game with the 8600GT? He'll mostly be playing older games like from 2001 and 2002. Also, does the video card need a 6 pin PCI-E connector? I'm not sure if the PSU will have any.

No 6 pin required but I wouldn't bank on NOT replacing the power supply you wouldn't need to spend a lot of cash to make it work.
