I bought a used Apogee GT off a forum and it came with all the accessories, but it's missing the o-rings. Are they absolutely necessary to ensure a good seal? If I need to get them, is there a good place to buy them? Will a hardware store carry them?
Thanks.
Yes you need the o-rings.
As for the hardware store, you may be better off contacting swiftech and ordering the rings from them so you get the exact size you need.
you could also try a place that deals with hydraulics if you have surchv a place around
teflon tape will work also, but I recommend o-rings

That may only work for the barbs, it wont for the ring in the block if thats missing.

Thanks everyone. I went to the local hardware store and found a couple o-rings the right size for 54 cents. Problem solved.
