View Full Version : CCC help
hi., im running CFX 3870x2 on my q9450. im having problem while playing cod4,. i tried all my best to fix it,but i cant figure it out. problem is my fps is not stable, always under 100fps sometimes hitting below 50fps and some lag or chop things, which is abnormal right? so any help for the cod4 settings and CCC settings? or any suggestion for CCC settings for gaming & benchmarking?:confused::confused:
I don't use the CCC to increase my clocks, that's just a matter of preference for my circumstances.
I suggest that you do exactly what you normally do to set your clocks but before you start gaming get Riva Tuner and use that to increase the speed of your fans....you may be overheating. If you can play your game without the oddifacts you described then it was a heat issue...if you can not then you may need to ease up on the clocks a tad bit ...say 5mhz backwards at a time until you get rid of your annoyances.
disclaimer: I'm not a gamer
tnx for the input!:) ill just figure it out myself, again., when i change some of the settings on my CCC in "3D" i get more higher score in devil may cry benchmark, so i was wondering if setting some 3D stuff in CCC may help increase my score in 3dmark benchmark, btw my stock score in 3dmark06 score is 147++, q9450 & 3870x2 both no oc and water cooled, is it low or normal?
