I know that this code usually means that the boot sequence is finished but for some reason I'm not getting a visual. I've tried both DVI ports on the card and I'm getting nothing. Here are the specs of my machine. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

processor: Intel core 2 extreme X6800 2.93GHz /liquid cooled
Graphics card : BFG 8800GTX /liquid cooled
mother board: evga 680i sli
RAM: corsair xms2 2gb ddr2 1066(pc2 8500)
2X 320gb Seagate hard drives (raid)
gigabyte liquid cooling
PSU: Thermaltake 850watt

:welcome: to the forums!

I had the same exact issue with a 680i that was sent to me. The board turned out to be faulty and is sitting in my closet. I don't mean to scare you with that though. I saw the title of the thread and before entering, I thought "wonder if this is a 680i...".

I would suggest removing anything that isn't needed to boot (cdrom, GPU, hdd, etc etc). Do a CMOS reset and try again.

Can anyone else shed some light on my situation. After doing the cmos reset its now throwing up a 7F!
