Ive overclocked my system and now recieve a "Machine Check Error" in the tray. Also when stressing with Prime95, the #3 core fails. Is my CPU fried? I doesnt crash at random and it performs regular tasks with ease, though like I said the #3 core fails under stress. Any ideas?

1 core failing is common. It's manufacturing inconsistency.

Anyway, what temps are you having? Try both Coretemp and Realtemp.

tepms are fine everything seems smooth, underload roughly 40, 38, 36, 38 with everest

That's good. What voltage and speeds are you reading in CPU-Z? :)

If it's something like 1.40volts, 3.4ghz, it's very good. Just increase your voltage by .0125 or something and it should be fine. Also try occt.

Hope it helps :).
