Anyone know how to use Proksi?

I just installed Proksi which is a program that creates a proxy server. Internet and networking is not exactly my area of expertise and I was wondering if anyone who knows how to use this program could walk me through setting it up?

Install, open it, right click on the icon, open Help file, it's easy.
