I have a 530W power supply powering a Nvidia 9600GT that uses 450W power, Asus M2N-SLI motherboard, AMD Athlon 6400+ CPU, 250GB Sata HDD, Antec 900 case and 2GB of Geil Black Dragon DDR2 800mhz gaming RAM.
Is my power supply ok for his setup or should i get this PSU thats in my price range?

Also my VCore voltage jumps from 1.12V - 1.40V and Asus pc Probe II says warning when it drops to 1.12V

The 9600GT doesn't draw 450w, that is nvidias whole system 9600GT reccomendation.

That is fine, the 450W for the GPU is the whole system, and takes into account of the current on the 12v rails etc.

It says on the box that the requirements is at least 450W

No, no. What you have NOW is perfectly fine. Period.
What we were trying to say was that 450watts of Power is required for a whole computer, that is: CPU, Motherboard, RAM, HDD, CDROM drive, etc. in order for that video card to get adequate power and not shut down your computer from over powering. Anything higher than 450watts is fine.
You could get that Corsair PSU you posted, that is a GREAT power supply, but what you have now will have enough power to power up the graphics card.

P Probe can be erratic sometimes, giving frightming, but untrue readings. Measure your vCore with CPUID and see if it reflects the same readings. If it doesn't, ignore PC Probe. If it does, you have an issue..;)
