Anyone having problems getting WU's ?
Added a couple of crunches and not getting anything to pull down. Just want to be sure its not my configuration
Same here - there's an outage posted on the main project page.

I HATE it when that happens! :)
Seriously, it's a pain when you're starting up a new rig and the WU's aren't coming out. Thank goodness for the 10 day cache or everything would be hosed ...

This shows the value of a multi day cache.

Uh, yeah... I set mine to the maximum, and it went through all of them. Guess I'll be running Spinhenge until SETI gets some more units out.

And I have run out of work on all but 2 clients!
The web site says:
Aug 11, 2008
The upload server has been fixed. Once the system clears the backlog of results waiting to be uploaded, validated, and assimilated, disk space will clear up and this will allow new work to be generated.
Its a disk space issue????

I think it's more a bandwidth issue. I've been reading a bit over there and they are having some unusually high bandwidth traffic they haven't figured out yet and I imagine they want all the results that are backlogged due to the weekend server issues to upload first before putting the splitters back online. I wouldn't be surprised if they enable new work after today's scheduled downtime.

I hope so, I've got 2 new cruchers idling and my other 3 are going to run out in another day :o

I managed to grab some WU before the scheduled outage today. So hopefully we will be getting steady work once everything is brought back online.

Is everybody's cache set to 10 days? It's not like WUs take up any HDD space ...

I used to have it set to ten days on my laptop before the format. I guess I only put in for 4 days in my new preferances. I am now completely out of work... and what is even more frustrating is that I can't connect to another project to donate time to one of our other teams while SETI is down :bang head

Mine is set to 10 days, but it told me there's a limit of 75 units queued per machine, and I've only got the one machine doing SETI... 75 units doesn't even last me two days of 24/7 crunching.

I wonder if that is my problem, I'm set to 10 days as well...but I don't get anything close, maybe 3-4 days tops...
