the P5e can do cross fire. Actually, it does x16 for both GPU and x4 for the physics card.

IMO, unless you're getting like 2 4870x2, the x48 isn't worth it. There isn't a comparison like that to date. Only 2 4870.

Anyway, that being said, I'll go with the P5Q.

damn, I woulda grabbed the P5E. X48 performs a little better most of the time compared to P45, plus you'd get true Xfire compatibility. Also, if you really wanna go P45, I'd avoid the P5Q Pro and go P5Q-E
 
Are you being sarcastic? Ask Brolloks and after testing most p45 and x48, he still perfers the p45, especially the p5q pro.
