I'm building a gaming rig and was wondering what mobo to get?
ASUS P5N72-T Premium NVIDIA nForce 780i SLI ATX Intel
OR
EVGA 132-CK-NF78-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 780i SLI ATX intel
The ASUS has a OC FSB of 1600MHZ & 1200 OC memory.
How does the EVGA compare?

I was thinking about this for a gaming build setup.
E8500 OC @ 4+GHz
2x 9800GTX+
Mobo still debating, See above..
OCZ RAM DDR2
150GB Raptor HDD @ 10k rpm
500GB HDD @ 7500 RPM
750W PSU
Water cooling kit.
What do you all think?

When it comes to nVidia chipsets, I always go with one of their partners (ie. Evga or XFX) .. With nVidia chipsets you can Unlink the FSB from the RAM speed so you can run each at their highest without interfereing with each other ..

As a side note .. Which watercooling kit?

Am I the only one who thought I was looking at an Ebay listing with that text formet :)

Anyway, for the brief bit I was looking into going SLI, I was planning on getting the Evga one. Most of the reviews I read said alot more positive things about those boards than the Asus ones.

lol, thx Salsa ;)

Hmm wasn't there something about the 750i FTW a better clocker than the 780i's?

Yeah i heard that also. Is the 750i ftw and 780i ftw the same besides the extra sli and 8 phase power?
