Welcome to O/C Forums :welcome:

I've read great things about the Asus P5Q series boards. The Gigabyte boards are awsome as well.

My vote would go to the Asus. Either one will do very nicely.

If you want a really good psu, consider the PC Power & Cooling series ones. You won't be disapointed.

one more thing i heard that the GIGABYTE DS3 series has some troubles with various rams is it true ?

BTW great forum i enjoy to be here thanks Nebulous

I recommend getting the P5Q Pro. I'm planning to get the P5QL Pro.

Like Nebulous said, I'd recommended any of the Asus boards. Personally, I went with the P5Q-E, so naturally, that'd be the one I'd recommend :)

so whats the deference between the P5Q PRO and the P5Q-E and wich one is better for OC ?

They took the P5Q-Pro off Asus's website, so I can't tell you all the differences. I do know the P5Q-E has better cooling, looks better, and has an extra PCI-E slot. I think there are a few more differences, but the only place that listed them all I know of was Asus's website.
