Best OC SLI Mobo for E8500?!

I'm looking for the best motherboard to overclock my E8500 with that has SLI and supports 4-8gb of 1333mhz DDR2 that can OC to 1200mhz. also looking to overclock my 2x 9800GTX+ on this mobo.

I was looking at the eVGA 780i FTW but was told its not very good for overclocking..
price around $300+-

From what I've read, they do fine OCing duals, but not as fine OCing quads. People say they're not as good as a P45/X48 board simply because recent ones can go 600+ fsb, where you wouldn't be able to on a 780i board. But realistically looking at it, how often would you have more than 500fsb on an E8500 for daily use?
