can you help me to overclcok it ( E2180 +GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS4P))

i just bought GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS4P and i am kind of noob on it

i was having a GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L and i reached the 3.2 GHZ

but with this one it just to 3.0 and then the pc restart it self to default setting

on my old GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L i just increase the FSB to 400 and ram ratio 1:1 and increase the V to 1.37

but with this alot of option On it and i am sure i didn't figureout its power thats why i need your help
