I am at a loss i have tried searching for a make for this modem... I found the manual Pc Chips M748-11 motherboard (no mention of the actuall make of modem) I don't have the original setup disk.
any help in locating the driver appreciated.

the only info on the modem DAA. V.90, V.34, V.32... Bell 1212A, Bell 103 standards

American Megatrends Bios string:
62-0125-009999-00101111-071595-000000

mobo is M748-11, Xcel 2000, chipset is SIS 620 rev,2
66.6/100 mhz FSB,,,

is it a onboard modem?

I guess it would be called on board it pluggs in to the board it has 12 pin female socket 1"x1/4"

yep! if it wasn't so late then i would find the driver too but give me tomorrow and i will :D
