will upgrading the bios from 2.2 to 2.3 raise the FSB to 133.3?
if not is there any other way to raise past 350mhz?

I realize that the chip is locked at 3.5 multiplier.

It's very unlikely that a BIOS upgrade will provide 133 FSB support. That is more of a function of the clock generator chip on the motherboard. Looks like you're out of luck with that motherboard.
