Use VB to get CPU temperature

Hi, Does anyone know how can I use VB to get information from my motherboard sensor to observe the temp of my CPU, core voltage etc... I know there is a lot of program have this ability for download but I want to create my own. I have some basic knowledge of VB.... just dono how can I access the sensor information.... please help.... many many thanks....

Sorry, after I finish my post I saw another post with the exact question..... Anyway, after read that post I still have no idea of how to do it. So, does anyone have any clue? Also, beside VB, if anyone know how to do it by using c or c++, please help too.... thankx
