Hi,
Does anybody have try this heat sink (coolermaster HHC-001 heat pipe) I got one is good, my temp went down from 53 to 42 full load and O\C 1400mhz @ 1540mhz, (10%) it's noise but not like jet engine.

I would like to known comments about this heat sink, a have 30 days to return it if i don't like it.

I never thought Coolermaster would come up with something like that.
Looks good, but maybe you can improve temps a bit, I don't know if it has a thermal pad, but if it does you should remove it (if you haven't already) and put some ASII on it, that might lower your temps another 2-3C maybe even more.

BTW what chip are you running 1.4 T-bird or XP1600?

I haven't seen any reviews so its pretty hard to tell how well it does.

I bought one as well for my Coppermine. Loud like a jet.

I bets its a Delta 60mm Screamer on the thing.

I have a heat pipe question.

The liquid is stored at the base of the cooler and travels upward as vapor to carry the heat away right..

What happened when its installed sideways in a tower case like most of use do.

In my case the liquid is now sitting in the pipes pointing towards the Northbridge chip???

I can't see have it can work correctly in this manner.

Can anyone shed light on this??
