View Full Version : +12V sometimes jumps 2V
This is the system in the sig. My voltages are all fine, using my monitoring utility, except the +12V. It usually stays between 12.1 and 12.25, but about once a minute or so, it'll jump for a split second to 10 or 14. Is this a problem? I've noticed no stability problems of any sort, and this is a new machine, and it's been like this since I built it a week and a half ago. Should I worry about this?

shouldnt be a prob.. software monitoring isnt the best.. so that could be it.. but u could get a multi meter and check.. or you could always call antec and get a new psu..
Id get use a voltmeter if u have one.
But its proboably a read error, these errors are common.
But if it is a power problom & it spikes like that...
you will destroy your pc!
But dont let me scare you, I am almost positive its a software
issue, unless your Power supplys regulators are shot.
But if u have a voltmeter get it checked out.
