Well I like the fact that Asus responded within their promised time for an RMA number. Lucky for me, it was within 14 days I bought this board so I was able to exchange this motherboard for a new one at the store I bought it from. On the other hand, I submitted a request for an RMA # from Gigabyte a week ago and have yet to hear from them... I keep on checking my request number and it still has no RMA number attached to it... I never went past sending the actual motherboard out, but Asus beats Gigabyte in this case.
