OK. So long story but I'll make it as short as possible......

Machine specs.........
XFX 780i
Q6600
Thermalright 120 Extreme seated with Artic Silver 5
Duel EVGA 8800GT's KO Series
Crucial 2GB Ballistix Kit
Crucial 4GB Ballistix Kit
4 10,000 RPM 150GB HDs in RAID5
 
Did you set memory voltage and speed manually? If not set it
Increase Nothbridge Voltage
Update mobo bios
Try running memtest86

Holy cow, my message got cut off!! That was a lot of work and it got cut off!!!!

Anyhow, to answer your question, yes I set the memory voltage manually and yes I have run memtest86 for 18 plus hours and without error.

The only time the system acts up is when I load up the OS and run Prime95 to stress it. It will run just fine for a while and starts to error when priming on 1024k. Not that that says much.

Anyhow, any more suggestions. I'm thinking of RMAing the MB for the 2nd time.
