Y can't i oc my cpu from a 1ghz(100) to a 1.2ghz(133))

I don't get it...y won't it work. when i go into cmos and start to change the setting of my ghz i notice that it was a 1000(100) ghz, but when i tried to change the setting into a 1200(133), my computer reboot...but the screen didn't werk...Can sum-1 help meeh!!!

My Comp Spec:
AMD 1ghz
512 SDRAM
Abit kt7 200 FSB
Ati Radeon ve
sound blaster live value
DSL connection
30 gig Martox UDMA ATA 100
and a 12 gig Martox UDMA ATA 33

KT133 motherboards (such as the KT7) do not do 133 MHz FSB. You're limited to about 110-115 MHz or so. If you want 1.2 GHz you'll need to do it with an FSB in the range of 100-115 MHz most likely.
