Well im happy with the 200mhz i got but i want more.
I tried different combinations to get it over 1600mhz and also to get a higher fsb but all i can do is 1600mhz 133x12.
i am using corsair xms2400 RAM and a T-bird 1.4 i managed to get an unlocked one from the factory.
I used to have an xp1600 but a friend got it off me and i baught and t-bird at where my brother works and he found me an unlocked one. So im happy with that.
I get 1600mhz with no voltage jump. i tried to get higher with more voltage but it won't even post.
Oh yeah im using a dragon+
Alpha PAL 8045 HSF
50cfm fan on the alpha
leadtek gfs2 ti
maxtor D740x hdd
onboard sound and nic.
I noticed that there is a new bios update that supports 2000+ XP so i was wondering if you guys think this new bios would help??
thanx :)

Well I had to sqeeze the hell out of my little birdie to see 1610mhz. Be happy with the limit of your chip with air. I have lived with it too damn long!! I will try another new XP soon.

First off all 1.4 birds come factory unlocked..Second if your at 1600 stable YOU SHOULD BE JUMPING UP AND DOWN!!!But seriously, don't expect much more from that chip ..thats about the limit...:)

The 1.4's of the 266 flavor come unlocked, not the 200 fsb flavor. I have the 200 1.4 Tbird. As of now she's crankin' along 1.68 GHz. Ya might be able to get a little more from it if ya do the V mod.

you should be happy with 1.6 out of a 1.4. i can only get 1.575 out of mine...im waiting on a new hsf so we will see how it goes...but 1.6 is great.

Well you got very lucky, most cannot get 1.6 out of a 1.2mp, but as you can see in my sig, my CPU is a 1ghz. That is a 60% O/C, not too many people can acheive that.

if u want more change ur fsb above 133! mine runs at 12.5x133 1633 but is too hot and too unstable, when i get some money i'm gonna buy a fan, and in the far future a heatsink, and maybe then some serious case cooling, talking of which must check current hotspots, might see about getting another super slot fan. i currently run 1553 and its rock solid, gonna try for 1564 upwards soon.

Honestly, i dont understand why someone would overclock over 1.2 GHz, Even though im overclocked.

Over 1.2 GHz or EVEN 1GHz And you have a awesome Videocard, DOESNT MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

7200 RPM Hard-Drive
GF3 Titanium 200
512mb of Ram
And a 950 Duron for 35 Dollar's overclocked to a 1050 Would be perfect.
